mail order #1-457; circa 1964; women 12; bust 32″: This is a very sexy mid-century style short ensemble or playsuit with princess lines evoking a smooth form, the slit shows off the trim shorts underneath – also lovely in silk taffeta. the longer version which is not shown, does not need the slit.
the shift dress is sleeveless with princess seaming and high slit with optional bow detail. back zipper closing. the shorts have a waistband and side zipper closing.

pieces: 10 perforated; dress pcs cut short; all pieces are there; facing repaired; name of pieces in pencil.
instruction sheet: name in ink; some discoloration; edge a bit worn.
