mccall 853; ©️1941; S; b30-32″; a nice, never used accessory pattern (82 years old but looks new) which includes a set of sweater collars, also called dickys + frilly smocked cuffs. the dicky can be fashioned with Peter Pan style collar, convertible style or a soft smocked collar for round necks. dickys are also great for wearing under collarless shirts or dresses. they are classic in white, but black is mega-exquisite.
the monogram shown in view B is from pattern No. 644. blue, if you would like a monogram design from the 40s just write me a note when purchasing.
