A pastel paradise pattern, super 60s, fun and an easy one-piece dress style. Super for every day wear. It would look great with appliqué work, paint it with textile paints or your own creative embellishments.
The chemise or shift dress is sleeveless. front diagonal darts and back neckline darts. Back zipper closing. the contrasting trim is flat woven braid. Side seams are open and accented with flat bows. A purchased or self fabric belt may be worn. V. 1 has bateau neckline. V. 2 features a V neckline in front; same as V. 1 in back. The dress is lined when made of eyelet.

DETAILS
This is a tissue paper pattern for recreating the styles shown on the pattern cover. The original pieces are printed tissue paper and should be handled with care. A heat transfer, used for embellishment designs, is included for use with an iron. The envelope back has a text description of the styles, guide to pieces, material useage chart, notions needed and material suggestions. The information sheets show the process of construction with some tips. This includes a protective archival sleeve or bag & a pattern folder with tips. Please see photos for quality.

USE
In order to recreate a style you will need to purchase your material, notions and anything you might need for embellishing. To test the fit before using expensive fabric, purchase muslin & recreate the style in a basic version. It is advisable to make a paper copy when resizing or altering the design.
CARE
- For small tears, use archival tape or a glue stick & tissue paper.
- Store the pattern in its protective sleeve or bag to reduce breakage and further discoloring.
