simplicity 2305; ©1948; waist 24″: this original 40s simplicity, 1948 dirndl skirt pattern is one of my favorite designs. it’s in a small size but easily enlarged. a pattern to make a cozy and soft everyday skirt. originally designed for fall, this would also look great for summer in a khadi or lightweight woven plaid. a beautiful full skirt with deep pockets, this style is perfect for romantic and femme dressing.

DETAILS:
the gathered skirt features a front pleat and huge patch pockets on the side front. a back opening finishes the skirt, which joins to a waistband.

QUALITY:
pieces: 5; printed; discoloring; cut w pinking sheers
instruction sheet: pinholes
envelope: pinholes; discoloring on edges; good.
