A classic peasant top with a modern 50s attitude. The blouse is fuller than most versions. there are 3 styles to choose from, highlighting the slope of the shoulders. This has 1 remaining unused transfer. These styles would look lovely in tonal embroidery or a beaded neckline. There is also lots of room to appliqué or ice-dye.
The embroidery beautifully adorns the blouse, enhancing its charm from every angle. The meticulous gathering at the neckline and lower sleeve edges adds a delicate touch, creating a flattering silhouette.
In Version 1, the long sleeves are elegantly gathered into wristbands, providing a refined finish that complements the overall design. Additionally, the self-fabric bias binding at the neck edge not only adds structure but also ensures a seamless look that ties the entire piece together.
transitioning to Version 2, the blouse features short sleeves that offer a more casual yet stylish option. here, the self-fabric bias binding is also utilized to neatly finish both the neck and sleeve edges, maintaining the blouse’s cohesive aesthetic while catering to warmer weather.
finally, Version 3 introduces a unique twist with a cable cord in casing, allowing for adjustable neckline options that can be customized for comfort. the charming ties at the center front add a playful element, while the sleeve ruffle, formed below elastic in casing, introduces a whimsical detail that further enhances the blouse’s appeal. each version showcases versatility, making the blouse suitable for various occasions and personal styles.
