DETAILS
This is a tissue paper pattern for recreating the styles shown on the pattern cover. The original pieces are printed tissue paper and should be handled with care. The pieces have not been cut, they were unfolded to check or completeness. The envelope back has a text description of the styles, guide to pieces, material useage chart, notions needed and material suggestions. The information sheets show the process of construction with some tips.
Condition: Verified 100% Complete. The pattern pieces have been carefully unfolded, counted, and inspected by the seller to guarantee all components and instructions are present.

FIT
This is a loose fit style with kimono sleeves. The 1966 pattern sizing scale is much smaller than modern commercial retail sizes. This would fit a Modern XS (US 0/ D 34)
· Measurements: bust…..32” or 81cm, waist…25” or 63.5cm, hip……35″ or 89cm
USE
In order to recreate a style you will need to purchase your material, notions and anything you might need for embellishing. To test the fit before using expensive fabric, purchase muslin & recreate the style in a basic version. It is advisable to make a paper copy when resizing or altering the design.
- Yardage: (2) 54″x1-5/8yds or 137cmx1.5m or 3 towels (47″x23.5″)
- Notions: 22″ / 56cm zipper, bias binding for towels, optional frog closure.
- Material: towels or terry, velvet, velveteen, shantung, brocade, fur fabric, linen.
CARE
- For small tears, use archival tape or a glue stick & tissue paper.
- Store the pattern in its protective sleeve or bag to reduce breakage and further discoloring.
