This McCall pattern makes a perfect, full circle skirt for fine fabrics and embellishments. Classic semi-circles are attached to front and back & connected to a waistband which closes at side. An easy design that helps you create a diversity of styles, like a kitsch poodle skirt, a dynamic painted linen skirt or a simply fabulous silk tafetta piece.
DETAILS
This pattern has 3 uncut printed tissue paper pieces, 1 instruction sheet on unbleached paper & the original 4-colour printed envelope which is a bit rough around the edges. This pattern includes a protective archival sleeve or bag & a pattern folder with tips. Please see photos for quality.

FIT
This style fits at the waist, made for a 26″ or 66cm waist. Size-up at waist when needed.
USE
This is a tissue paper pattern for recreating the styles shown on the pattern cover. The original pieces are printed tissue paper and should be handled with care. The envelope back has back view sketches of the styles, material useage charts, the measurement chart of the company and sketches of the pattern pieces. The information sheet shows a general process of construction, cutting chart & some sewing tips. In order to recreate a style you will need to purchase your material, notions and anything you might need for embellishing. To test the fit, before using expensive fabric, purchase muslin & recreate the style in a basic version. It is advisable to make a paper copy when resizing or altering the design.
CARE
- For small tears, use archival tape or a glue stick & tissue paper.
- Store the pattern in its protective sleeve or bag to reduce breakage and further discoloring.
