Side Torso Measurements: 17-21 are important measurements for long skinny sleeves, found in many 1920s and early 1930s styles. 22-24 is a good measurement to determine hem length of blouses. 26 &27 are the bust and hip front measurements only. Armpit to waistline (25) is perfect for long or short waisted individuals, if you notice clothes never fit the waist correctly, you should always use this measure.
