production times

Most made-to-order items require two weeks for production. Since I am a single person doing the work, I might take longer. Please check the listing for the current time needed. I will ship all items within two days of completion.

taxes & duties

For customers shipping within the eu, prices include all relevant import duties and taxes. there are no additional charges on delivery.
Customers shipping to all other countries, including the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes will not be applied to orders at checkout.

dispatch

I aim to dispatch parcels within 1-2 days. You will be notified of any delays within this time.
Shipping is tracked delivery with DHL, unless requested otherwise. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. I am not responsible for customs delays, taxes and duties.

returns

If you need to return all or any items you have 14 days from the date received.
Returned items must be as delivered, new, unworn, unused, with original packaging.

return shipping

I do not refund delivery costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping. You may also bring your return to the studio by appointment for a full refund.

how to return

Please use the return form to share your order details and reason for return. Email info@tammysueatmoss.com to request a return number before you send your package back; remember to write it on the outside of your package. Only customers who request a return will receive a return number.

studio returns

To return an item to the studio please call #015753603018 for an appointment. Please provide a receipt with your return, returns will not be accepted without a receipt. All items must be new with tags and in unworn condition.

refunds

After checking your return, refunds will be processed through the initial payment method within 1-3 days.
