This set of 1954 accessories consists of 3 hats and a practical tote bag. hat A is a casual sun hat, while bag A is a rectangular zipper top tote bag. this practical bag is made with an outside slot closing pocket and carrying straps. the hat sports a pointy shaped crown and deep turned down brim. hat A is also fashioned with grosgrain ribbon trim. hat B is made of felt in a similar shape, but with a zigzag edge to the brim. finally, the circular + folded style of hat C is designed with several rows of stitching and fastened with a hat pin.
DETAILS
This pattern has 11 unused printed tissue paper pieces, 1 instruction sheet on unbleached paper & the 4-colour printed envelope with some discoloring. This pattern will be shipped in a protective archival sleeve or bag & a pattern folder with tips. Please see photos for quality.

FIT
The hats are for a Medium-Large size head. The bags should fit A5 Notebooks.
USE
This is a tissue paper pattern for recreating the styles shown on the pattern cover. The original pieces are printed tissue paper and should be handled with care. The envelope back has a sketch of pattern pieces, material useage charts, notions needed and material suggestions. The information sheet shows a general process of construction with some tips. In order to recreate a style you will need to purchase your material, notions and anything you might need for embellishing. To test the fit, before using expensive fabric, purchase muslin & recreate the style in a basic version. It is advisable to make a paper copy when resizing or altering the design.
CARE
- For small tears, use archival tape or a glue stick & tissue paper.
- Store the pattern in its protective sleeve or bag to reduce breakage and further discoloring.
